Domestic Shipping

Cold Laser Supplies offers free shipping in the US on all purchases over $300, except for extra heavy products at our discretion. Shipping time depends upon the product(s) ordered. Most items are in stock and will be shipped via Insured UPS or FedEx with a signature required for your protection. You can expect an arrival with our free shipping program within 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are sometimes available with specific products for a fee. Please contact us directly. Items that are refused or canceled after the item is shipped and before it arrives at your location will incur a $50.00 fee plus any additional shipping costs.

All ORDERS shipped to any country outside of the USA do NOT include customs charges, duty charges, or tax/VAT fees, which your country may charge you prior to handing over your item. To estimate incurred charges contact your local customs office. Cold Laser Supplies and its subsidiaries are not responsible for these charges. The customer will be responsible for all customs duty &/or tax/VAT charges and any local and federal taxes that may be added to the shipment. Customers who decline to pay any custom duty charges will be automatically charged this rate if Customs bills Cold Laser Supplies.


Returns – 30-Day Easy Return Policy:

Cold Laser Supplies is so confident in our products we are proud to offer our 30-Day Easy Return Policy. All domestic products (except the PowerMedic GigaLaser) are available with a 30-day delivery date money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order within 30 days from your delivery date, simply call for a return authorization number and Cold Laser Supplies will send you a return shipping label. No restocking fees are applied.

Other cold laser distributors will charge you 10-30% of the purchase price in restocking fees. Their return window also starts on the purchase date not the date of delivery (make sure you check before you purchase).

In order to qualify for the refund, a customer should request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in “like new” condition, meaning traditional 30-day wear without significant marks, tears, or scratches on the original product, and with all original retail packaging, literature, manuals, cases, and glasses. We do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

A money-back guarantee is offered to customers outside of the United States, but the purchaser is responsible for return shipping with the same requirements as a domestic return stated above.

1. Pack the device back in its original hard case with all manuals and accessories.

2. Print the UPS/FedEx return label we send you and bring the label and the hard case with the device, materials, and accessories to a convenient UPS/FedEx shipping location. (You can use the original box your product came in if you still have it; otherwise, UPS/FedEx will supply the box)

3. Cold Laser Supplies will send you an email confirmation when we have received your package

4. Cold Laser Supplies will inspect the device to ensure it is in working order and all instructional materials and accessories are included. This can take 1-2 days after we receive the device

5. After the device clears inspection, we will issue you a refund through your payment method. No Restocking Fees are charged.


We only deal with reputable manufacturers and manufacturer agents who provide high-quality products and who take care of our customers. All items sold by carry full factory warranties. Any product received damaged or defective will be promptly replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer. After the first 30 days, the manufacturer warranty is in full effect, and if any product service or repair is needed, the manufacturer warranty will come into play. The customer must pay for the shipping of the item to the factory for service under warranty. Return shipping is paid for by the factory.
