Class 3b Cold Laser - Effective and Safe
Class 3b cold laser power ranges between (5mW-500mW) per laser diode. The PowerLaser Pro 500 is at the top of this range and emits 500mW through its one diode. This power, combined with PowerMedic's patented HyperPulsed technology, provides deep tissue penetration and increased pain relief.
While powerful, the Powerlaser Pro is still cool to the touch with little to no thermal heating. PowerMedic has also taken the extra safety precaution of widening the laser beam divergence.
