My love affair with lasers
It all began 24 years ago. The arthritis and accompanying back, neck, shoulder and joint pain that challenged me on a daily basis. Some call it Rheumatism, others Fibromyalgia, others degenerative discs or pinched nerves, plus carpal tunnel syndrome. I have been to many specialists and dozens of chiropractors. I have tried every form of allopathic, natural and naturopathic therapies with minimal results.
I thank God every day for having found cold lasers. They have given me a new lease on life. For over 4 years now I have made it my life’s passion to learn all there is to know about this form of therapy that is improving people’s lives for over 35 years.
In my heart of hearts I knew that if the cold laser worked so well on me, that it would work well on others, however I had to be sure. At first I saw several therapists who would use their different cold lasers on me. I noticed a difference right away so I went back and tried it again and again. What I noticed for myself is that due to my particular long term and chronic condition, it was easy for me to reinjure myself, thus requiring additional treatments. It became apparent to me that I would need to have a laser that I could use more frequently and conveniently. Due to my curriosity and because I am in the field of medical equipment I purchased several lasers over the course of a year.
Why several lasers you ask? Because I have learned that different lasers produce different effects and I wanted to experience these effects first hand. I have had varying results treating numerous conditions on myself, family and friends. Laser is not a cure all for everything, however the majority of the time results are clearly noticeable and frequently very impressive for treating a wide range of conditions.
There was a time when I would see patients for money, but at this point in my career I can afford to be generous and persue the giving of laser treatments for research, curiosity and the joy of just being able to help someone. I have found that doing low level laser therapy is very rewarding and I have gotten great results in treating people for the relief of debilitating pain such as carpal tunnel syndrome, back, neck and shoulder pain and the treatment of smoking addiction. If you are on the fence about this cold laser light technology, then I say, just do it and prove it to yourself. It has been a risk well taken and I can’t say enough about it.
Yours Truly,
KP
